apex suspension adjustement

where can i get some info on my rear suspension adjustement for my apex gt 2006 wich is what and what it's does i know yamaha was selling a supplement for the proaction suspension for the srx and sx model does it's exist same thing for the suspension of the apex i need to fine tunning min and this suspension seems not easy to understand as the srx
