Split Rail Skis I was curious on what the price for the split rail skis was.... I have an 09 SE with Pilot 5.7 handles okay, and I've done all the adjustment tricks. If these split rails are what they are cracked up to be, it might just have me hanging onto this thing for another season...

I just picked up my 5.7's today, and I got the ZX rubbers. I noticed the rubbers are higher on one side, does the higher side go toward the front of the ski or the back? I assume the high side goes to the back in order to help keep the tip down but.....

Yes, I did get the ZX rubbers. I've been looking and the skidoo factory accessory carbides come in 4" and 6" pairs, same as the Roetin. I think you'd have to go up a size, at least in the middle, so you were running all 6", I am hoping someone on the site has an opinion....... I doubt anyone...

I just bought a set of 5.7 for my 09 SE, planning on running Roetin Carbides, Roetin only sells them in a set of four, two with 4" carb to be run in the middle and the two outside ones with 6" carbs...... Does this sound like the best choice? I have 96 studs, only groomed trail riding. D-

Got my new SE out in Rangeley Manine this past weekend, 175 miles. Coming of a REV X 600 sdi and compared to that, this thing got some serious power, NO COMPARISON at all. In all, I think it is a great sled, but the handwarmers suck and the suspension needs to be tweaked, no way does it handle...
