Were you able to buy the extro's without the shaft? I recently went to a Doo dealer by me and they told me that you have to buy the whole unit (already pressed on the shaft).

Studs Were are you located? Have the same sled as well as the turbo. Thanks to Ted, I took hyfax, cut to fit the tunnels protectors and screwed them directly to the tunnel proctectors. Just about 1000 miles with no problems. Let me know if you need anything else

Injectors Running the same kit. 9lbs of boost with factory injectors is the max. I was getting lean conditions. Just purchased bigger injectors from Hurricane and will be able to run 15lbs of boost.

oil Ive been using Yamalube Full Synthetic on my Powderlites Turbo with no problems. If you do a search, you will find that some use AMSOIL, Mobil, and other brands. IMO, I think it all depends on the person's taste, don't really think there is a bad oil out there.

clutch The secondary clutch movement side-to-side is normal. Due to the low snow conditions, you melted the hi-fax to the track. You need snow to lube up the sliders. Your track was probably loose due to the fact that it was stretched out...normal. Do a search on here and you will see what...

Im running a rear mount turbo and been fabbing up an intake. Does the turbo housing create enough heat to melt the silicon coupler or should I get the couplers that are good to 500 degress? Ive been reading that guys just stick a radiator hose to the turbo and extend it out the back. Thanks

Ipone Ive used Ipone in my ZR800 that I turned into a 1000cc. Great oil and it does really smell like strawberry's!! I made the switch from Amsoil Dominator to Ipone and couldnt be happier. Thats a pretty could price also.

exhaust My buddy has one on his sled. Even though we dont ride in your area, the police out by me are very strict with noise. On the hard-packed trails it is very loud and he has recieved multiple tickets. The sound reminds me of the triple-piped sleds running with the MBRP can.

Fuel Rail Did you do this to help solve the fuel boil issue? I had the same issue with my sled until I took it to Dave at Hurricane Perormance. He installed a T on my fuel rail and I havent had a problem since. Might want to give him a shout.
