Synthetic Oil for Turbo Nytro

I am considering switching to a full synthetic oil for my Nytro with an MCX turbo installed. Is this a good idea? Was thinking of Mobil 0W30, is that good enough or is there better?

Ive been using Yamalube Full Synthetic on my Powderlites Turbo with no problems. If you do a search, you will find that some use AMSOIL, Mobil, and other brands. IMO, I think it all depends on the person's taste, don't really think there is a bad oil out there.

I do use yamalube 0-40 syntetic.
