05 rage

I'm helping a buddy work on an 05 Rage that hasn't been started since 2015. We can only get the middle cylinder to run. Spark test showed a nice hot spark on all three plugs. The outside cylinders do not seen to be getting fuel. We checked the carb bowls and they looked a bit varnished but...

Hi all, I have an 05 Rage 3 cylinder carb model and what its doing is bogging down when giving it throttle. I have cleaned the carbs, replaced the gas, and replaced the 2 gas filters.....still doing the same thing. It starts right up and idles perfect, but doesn't want to go over 45-50 mph...
