'03 rx-1 chokes out at half throttle

my sled will start and run but very poorly and seems to be dumping too much fuel into the cylinders. I've cleaned the carbs and jets and put new spark plugs in it with no fix. I think it might be an electrical problem any input will be helpful.

The pilots have not been cleaned good enough... toss them in the garbage and get new ones....
