You may have to lengthen the Transfer Rods or as a last resort, take up on the straps. If you pull up the straps, make sure you don't have too much preload on the front shock spring. You should be able to turn it with your hand (i.e. just enough pre-load to keep it in place.) Too much pre-load may give you a teeter-totter, which may be part of what you are already seeing.

Are you still running the juck factory shock in the rear? That would be the first place to improve on. Installing most anything will be better.

Stretch it to a 136 you'll like the Pro-Action with the extra length. It's almost like it should have been that way from the start.

Put an edge or pro x poaris in it. even an sc10 III or IIII. You won't regret it. the rtx skid from Yamah would work good too. Maxdlx

You have to take what is said here with a grain of salt. A lot of these guys are real good at telling you how to spend your money, as they ride along on the stock setup.

If all the components are in good shape. That skid is quite tune-able. Is it perfect,, no but it can be made to ride decent..
The limiter straps need to be set right,,as well as the shocks preload and transfer rods.
Adding an Ohlin, tho somewhat expensive makes a HUGE difference. If you can find one used its not bad at all. I did and I couldnt belive the difference..
Dont forget the seat! If you have a stock 03 seat adding foam makes a huge difference too.. its part of your suspension...cheap fix for little $$.
Just my 2cents...

You dont need to change any parts on the skid to make it rideable just look for the post from Lazy Bastard on adjustments. It will make it like a totally differnt skid.

Im a big boy 320lbs so Im ridin for two and I like it a little tippy so I can manhandle it a bit if I gotta ride a ditch :
front: (stock) I had set so the inside bolts of the A-armswere an inch higher than the outside . thats with stock swaybar links
rear: center spring is all the way tight and front was 3/4 tight (on there own adjustments) they say to keep them at equal amounts but I have taken off my limiters . You need to check your transfer rods to see if they were updated and adjust the way Len mentioned .
As far as stock goes Id actually change shocks or at least get them revalved for your weight at a way cheaper price
