ok this is my freinds sled he has been workking on it now fo a few weeks and he has cleaned the carbs out i dont know how many times but it has the mbrp exhaust on it he has cheked the floats and they are now fine the air/fuel screws are now two turns out ah lets see i think there might have been a few other things as well but i cant member but we are now thinking it might be the coils we are gunna take them off of mine and try them on his and see if thats helps but not sure.

Sorry but I got a headache half way through reading that horrible run-on sentence. I assume (living in Maine) that English is your first language, if so then try and put a little effort into your post if you want help.
As far as your problem, we need more info.
Is the engine not running correctly?
Are there any warning lights flashing?
Is it reaching full rpm's while at Wide Open Throttle (10,200-10,800rpm's)?
If it's running fine and still not going above 50mph I would jack up the track, open the hood and run it a few times watching the clutches to make sure they are working properly. Maybe his secondary clutch is not opening or the belt is slipping...
As far as your problem, we need more info.

no warning lights ,and engine seems to be running fine atleast it sounds it,and well we have not tryed to find out if it will top out the rpms ans sorry bought the run ons

it sounds like it is in the clutches or the drive train to me as well. motor should peak at 10,400rpm under load and engagement should be around 4krpm if it does not have a clutch kit on it.

well he cut the e-brake so that is not the problem,just woundering what would it run like if the stator was not working, the only reson i ask is cause the plugs go from good burning to relly wet and the coils dont get a good tight fit,like they are on mine ,so him and i are kinda thinking it has to do with the spark
