04 grizzly cv boot help!!!!!!!!!!

hey guys was wondering if anyone had step by step directions on the easiest way to change a right rear outer cv boot?. just noticed that it looks like its getting twisted and the shape is out of wack. grease is comming out from under the clamps. but i dont see any tears. should i change the whole axle or just the boot.thankx

I had the same thing happen to me . i was riding in a creek and a towel somehow got twiststed around my axel on the left rear and turned the boot all cocked eyed. I just cliped the clamp off (the big one) on the side that was twisted the worst and got a new clamp from the dealership;once I had the clamp I went to the auto parts store and purchased a tool for the clamp install, I put some more greese in it put the clamp on, used the tool to get it on nice and snug and that was it. If it is not torn you do not need to replace it.

change of plans!!!

yeah im just changing the whole axle, ordered a new one. any one have some good tips on changing it out, should i expect anything out of the ordinary............thanx. ps how do i post some pix up here of my grizz?
