04 rx1 elec. trouble ?????

I have a 04 rx1 mtn that i think has a problem.Started up ok at -30 but head light , pod, tail light not working.Shut off ,started again let it run through warm up cycle but still the same.After running what seemed to be a long while (4-5 min) every thing worked ok.Is this normal or should i expect this to happen and leave me stranded some where the next time????

It's normal when very cold. Mine did it last week at -5. Let it warm up a while and it will come on.

mine used to those that in 2005 winter maybe 5 or 6 time, but never happened again.
