04 RX1 Idles on 2

I inherited a 2004 RX1 with at work and it has a very rough idle.

Things I've done
Cleaned the carbs along with new orings.
new plugs
changed gas( we have straight gas 89octane)
swapped coils around
synced carbs as much as I can with idle issues
Compression is within 3 lbs of each other

What I've figured out is that the 2 right cylinders die at 2000 rpm and below I can set the idle to 2200 and is smooth but fast and coming off throttle it hangs. If i lower it down it drops to 1100 and is pretty steady but missing on 2 until I bring the idle screw back to were it'll pop up to 2500 or 3000.

I'm at a loss and am at the point of thinking it is a bad controller.
Am I missing something? Unfortunately I am stuck with not taking it to a shop the unit is just not worth the costs of getting it to one for the company so I'm it.

were the carbs dirty?
You may have the pilots plugged up again, they are tiny. I have read guys having to clean them a few times to get it right

I got lucky I cleaned mine it runs great now

They were pretty clean and I ran wire through the passages and jets. The idle did not change after the cleaning, the orings were just too dry to trust so they got replaced. I forgot to mention I did change the pilot bleed setting from 2 to 1 turn out, no change except less fumes in the shop.

ok I soaked all my jets and bowls in carb dip. Worked really well

I did not change any settings tried to keep everything exactly the way it was. Mine started acting up after storage, so I figured all the carb settings were correct to being with as it ran perfect before storage

are the 2 cylinders dropping on the same fuel pump? might have a bad pulse line or pump for those cylinders. fuel filters good?

my own experience after draining fuel system echoes what you're describing. Until I actually filled the carbs with a syringe and made sure the pumps had fuel as well. I had adjusted the idle up, way up, as I found out, on my next start up it did it's best to exit the back of the shop, you know the end with out a door? thank God for the Estop! So careful after carb adjustments
