Hi,
I have a warrior that idles really rough between 1300 to 1800 RPM. Carbs have been cleaned, and sync'd. It sounds as if it is missing on 1 cylinder and it will stumble a little when you hit the gas then after about 1800 rpm it comes out of it and runs great. I have the ECP kit but other that that pretty much stock. Anybody got any ideas?
Thanks!

Plugged pilot jet in one of the carbs? It doesn't take much even though you say they were "cleaned". Did you actually pull the jets and clean them separately?
Iv'e cleaned the pilots couple times, took them out and used compressed air, but what do most people use to clean them, a small wire?

Cleaned mine with Gum Cutter and air. Had to take them out 2nd time and run a wire thru them. There was still crap in the jet. Took a magnifying glass and looked thru them, the orifice was less than half the size it is suppose to be. Used a twisty tie and took the paper off. Then ran it thru the jet many times with carb cleaner, and blew them out.
Sounds like that is your problem.
