My temp light comes on alot I have odered a rear heat exchanger, but if that is not enough how long should a water pump be good for on RX? Allso any problems with thermostats :o|

Had the same problems on my 04 Warrior, then I made up a set of cooling fins that attach to the ski's! Got the idea from Simmons!
No more overheating :-o

I actually noticed a 10 degree difference on my temp gauge on my 04 Warrior if I flip the rubber flap that is over the carbs forward onto the air box cover, Gives the engine a little more air, give that a try. I am not running a rear heat exchanger. You could also try Ice Scratchers! Oh and make sure your coolant is 50/50 some came with 100% antifreeze from the factory.

without the rear cooler mine would overheat at low trail speeds. now i only overheat when we have low snow conditions/hardpack as i am not running studs.

I'm not quite sure how to pull up the topic, but if you check "All posts by Bob Miller" You will find it on page 7. There are some good pictures and more info, and the title is listed below!

Quick tip. Look at the footer at the bottom of each post. There is a link to the users profile. Click that and look for "find all post's by username" Takes you to a page with all of that user's posts ;)!
