05 Vector - adjusting needles???

Anybody ever lower the needles a notch on the 3 cyl engine? My 05 Vector has the "typical carbed sled fat mid range when it's warm" symptoms and has had it since it's had 0 miles.

I've toyed with the idea of dropping the needles one notch (CV carbs have needles right?) but want to see if anybody else has done this.

Thanks!

Unfortunately the Vector has a fixed needle (no grooves for adjustment) so you can not drop the needle at all, you can raise it using shims, but you would have to source different needles that are adjustable for adjustment purposes.

I was hoping you might reply Allen! Do you know anybody that might offer adjustable needles for these carbs?
