05 Vector Won't Run After Storage

My 05 Vector ran fine a month or two ago. Today I start it to go for a quick spin and it won't run well except at idle. If I try to ride it, it farts and carries on then the check engine light comes on. If I then let it go back to idle, the light goes out. It seems to be running on 2 cyl.. A plug check shows all the same. If I run on a jack stand the engine light does not come on but it is noticeably down on power. Any ideas ? Thanx

How long did you let it idle without touching the throttle? I had to let mine run for at least 5 min. last year before it came out of it. It did it again this year and I pulled the carbs, cleaned them and changed the plugs. Runs great.

Either fouled a plug or a carb is plugged.

Carbs plug up if you look at them the wrong way, and if you start it during off season at all, it has to run for an hour. If not, you'll foul your plugs also.

New exhaust valves, new head, new push rods, new exhaust donuts, new rear idlers, new plugs, carbs cleaned twice, carbs balanced twice.
