I have an 05 Warrior that I bought last year. I get some warning lights that I can't seem to cure. The signal for voltage problems ( 5 flashes ) comes on regularly. When you test the voltage with a meter it tests fine. There is a new CDI, voltage regulator, and battery in it. I also get the fuel light flashing on occasion when I have lots of fuel in the tank. Once in a while the coolant light randomly flashes when I know it's not overly warm. I have had all of the grounds and connectors taken apart, cleaned, etc. Everything is in good shape. There doesn't seem to be any shorts anywhere and very little corrosion. Also my hand and thumb warmers seem to have a mind of their own. They often move up to the highest settings without me touching the controls. Everything tests the way it should though. The only thing left I can think of is to try a new gauge cluster and see if that helps. The sled runs great but this electrical issue is a mystery to me. Any ideas?
