I took my new sled out for a ride on Sunday for the first time ever. It is a 2005 Warrior RX1. When I first went out it flashed the over heat code. There wasn't much snow so I wasn't surprised. I ran it through what little powder I could find and it stopped. Then a few miles later it flashed a code saying I was out of gas. The tank was full. Then for the rest of the day it kept intermittently switching between the overheat and gas warning light. I checked the engine regularly throughout the ride and it never felt overly warm. I had lots of fuel so I know that code was wrong. The sled has a new voltage regulator and CDI box in it. Is there a way to reset it? I was thinking maybe I have a bad ground somewhere

you might want to check the coolant mix as the 05 rx sleds had pure antifreeze in them instead of the 50/50 mix that was suppoed to be in them. mine did.

as to the fuel gauge, sounds like you need to check the connections 1st. if it still does it, you need to replace the sending unit as it is worn out.
