i am trying to replace my exhaust donuts on 2006 apex gt . i thought there was instuctions on here but cant find them. any help would be appericated.

Here ya go buddy. Should show you everything you need. Just an FYI when removing the allen head bolts that hold the y-pipes and heatshield in place you should heat them up before hand because they are a pain and strip easy. Good Luck!
