Hey everyone. Long time reader, first time post. My main sled is a 14 Viper LTX which is infinitely more comfortable than my Apex. I love everything about the Apex aside from the comfort factor so I have begun some mods...
So far: Ordered a 3" riser, apex mountain throttle cable, and am about to order a WRP seat kit.
Any other simple mods that you guys would suggest?

I'm not sure what you mean by "simple" but, 1 fairly inexpensive mod I would recommend is oilite bushings for your suspension components. The stock bushings are cheap and wear out way to easily.
OFT steering blocks are also a nice edition. The stock steering blocks are plastic and dry out of any factory lube quickly. You don't notice it till the steering is very hard to turn and you are exhausted at the end of a long days ride. The OFT's are self lubing and are a high quality piece.

I installed a 3” pivot riser and a WRP seat on my ‘11 Apex. Feels like a different sled.

Yeah, the word simple is up for interpretation I suppose. To be more clear, I am looking for upgrades that aren't too expensive and aren't much hassle. Your suggestion was great, thank you!

throw a 12mm - 13mm sway bar on with a shock refresh and it will probably be the best money next to the riser and wrp to do to the sled.
