06 Apex Pro Mountain Adjustment

I'm a little lost around the rear of this skid, what adjustment do the silver nuts provide. I put the Apex Pro Mountain under my RX-1, and I have adjusted springs but not clear on adjustment these nuts (?) provide?

I picked up an 05Mtn. I would also like to know what settings to make to the rear skid.
I would like all the settings if possible. 6'2" 250lbs +gear.
I have the skid out now putting in all bronze bushings. Get it all set up before putting back in the sled.

Thos nuts are for youw eight transfer.I would turn them down for mor transfer it will be more fun to ride.
