I promise I have searched for this!!!!
I am replacing all my rear wheels, 6 small wheels, 5 large.
The 3 on the rear axle - are they all the same wheel? And, are those 3 the same as the top 2 guide wheels?
I was going to just order 5 of the Yamaha spoked wheels if they are all the same size/bearing/etc.

Re: 06 Apex RTX - Question about rear suspension guide wheel
the 3 rear are all 178mm(7") with smaller bearing IDs(20mm ID w/ 6004 bearings) and the Inner is black while stock outers had a grey stripe.
the top guide wheels are 178mm(7") but have the 6205 bearings(larger 25mm ID)

Thanks! Do you see any reason to replace the guide wheels, or should I just replace the bearings if the wheels look ok?

My wheels seemed fine.....bearing were seized bad,so when i went to take the wheel off the shaft,it wasnt moving......so it got alot of hammering on it to remove it..lol
didnt look so good after so i got a new one....wheel with bearing 21 bucks,so its not so bad.

Along these lines, I have PLAIN black wheels for all 3 on the rear axle. I refuse to pay $90 a pop for the Yamaha "fancier" wheels....but don't really like the plain Jane look. I found some wheels in Dennis Kirk:
http://www.denniskirk.com/jsp/tpl/produ ... 639&mmyId=
$33 each. The question is, these wheels are 2 mm larger on the outside diameter (180 vs 178). I can't imagine it making any difference....does it?? Thanks all!
