06 vector runs poor

06 vector starts hard dosnt run on all cylinders but they cut in and out and it seems to have weak spark changed plugs and the coils and made no dif need help

clean the carbs very well

My o6 venture had the same problem this year the main jet on one carb was pluged with a piece of dirt. I took the sled into Pats Yamaha in Greenland Mich. They fixed it in a hour runs like a top again 13000 miles on it
