07 Apex RTX Headlight Assy Yellow Tint.

Is there any way other, than replacing the whole Assy, of eliminating the factory yellow tint on the headlight reflector?
Does anyone want to trade their untinted Apex GT or equivalent headlight assy for my sexy RTX yellow tinted one? LOL

its got a sexy yellow tint to it also!!
its the one thing about my sled that I wish I could change.....what was Yamaha thinking with tiniting the headlight ski-donkey yellow?
i sure wish I could put a headlight cover over top, like years ago.

did u guyz try putting in the Sylvania 9007SU BP SilverStar Ultra High Performance Halogen Headlight - Pack of 2? about 40.00 at any auto store
there so bright you don't even need the high beams.really lights up the sides of the trail well.
yellow tint is gone.

best 40.00 I ever invested into the sled.

Im planning on picking up a set of these for my sled and the wifes van this week. I've heard lots of good stuff about em..

Install a set of HID 5-6000 bulbs and ballasts, you will never see that yellow background again.

I put silverstars in my 07 RTX. Although much brighter, it still has the yellow tint. Will eventually change mine.
