I just got back from a weekend in the UP and my wife had a rough weekend on the Attack. I have been telling her it is to heavy and powerful for her. Anyway, she finally see's the light and wants to sell her attack and get a different sled. I have searched and can't find any 07 attacks for sale in Wisconsin to get an idea of what people are asking. Hers has 2700 miles, after market wheels, a rear heat exchanger, new hyfax, and new dual carbides... other than that stock in excellent condition. What do you guys think is a fair price for this sled???

When he`says excellent he means better than new. I've seen his stuffits amazing how nice he keeeps everything Id say 6500 to 7

I did let her ride my XTX and she hated it. I am thinking a Phazer for her. She loves the speed (on straight stretches) and sound of the attack but just can't corner the thing and is beat halfway through the day. I have mixed emotions on selling the Attack or keeping it for me and selling my XTX. I love the quickness and ergo's of the XTX but, I also love the top end and handling of the Attack.

An 07 Attak GT in WI with 1,700 miles just went through ebay without selling with a buy it now price of $6,600. I almost jumped on it but have already had a Black 07.

We have all three of them... phazer, xtx, and attak.... i will tell you for the high mileage trail days, nothing beats the attak.... off trail the xtx.... but at home on our tight and twisty trails, i would almost prefer the phazer over both the others...

that being said, on UP trails, i HATE the phazer.... not enough umph..... whereas the xtx and attak are always fun!

I paid $6700 from a dealer in Kaukauna yesterday. I would guess slightly less for a private party. :yam:

If you want to buy your wife a nice sled, I hate to say it, but go buy her a e-tec 600 DOO. Very light and manageable and not much smoke...

I think the doo might be the way to go also. I rode a Phazer last year. Tons of fun, not the power I wanted but fun but I noticed I got pretty cold on that thing. I like 200+ mile days with the wife and don't think I could do it on that. But still thinkin about gettin one for my youngest boy. He likes dirt bikes a lot more then sleddin but does it cus we do. That phazer was the closest thing I ever felt to a dirt bike on snow.

I would look at the Vector for the wife. It handles and is smoother than the Apex. My wife likes it and you still have speed for the railroad grade. Depending how much you want to spend look at the 2010 Vector GT LTX. They have a couple at Powersports1.com.

Ya she ended up riding a 600 SDI doo this weekend and really liked the ergo's and loved the handling....BUT, didn't like the ride once the trails got rough. I was thinking the vector LTX or renegade. From what I have heard the Doo's don't oil the crank bearing and it's only a matter of how many miles ??? before you will be rebuilding the motor. We will see I have to sell a sled first. You loss your #*$&@ trading in sleds. Unless I took all the stuff off my XTX first then traded it and sold the extra's on here. trail tank, triple rates etc etc probably atleast 800 bucks cash if sold on here or craigslist.

Ya I was in there last week maybe I can get Rod to cut me a deal!

I would get the 2010 GT LTX. She would even like the 2009 Vector. It is a nice machine if you don't need the the biggest and badest.

The thing I didn't like about the 600E-tec was that it had the jerking engine break and the windshield didn't protect your hands and it looked like if you put handguards on it wouldn't turn all the way. It was lighter and the ride was nice sled.
