07 Attak Code 43 *all is fixed*

So I have a Code 43 on my display right now. It happened after I had a no start due to a bad fuel injection relay. I will be replacing the relay tomorrow night and doing some testinjg to make sure all is well. Just wanted to know if the replacement does not fix the code, what other possible causes and how to fix?

Update, all fixed. replaced all relays and re-charged battery with optimate 3.
