07 grizz 700 H and R light on

Driving my buddies quad the other day the R light would come on when it was in H cause the machine to sputter. The lights on the dash had H and R on it. Linkage problem?

possible. do not have that problem myself but seems likely.

There were some posts on that same thing about a year ago. The thread may still be here. There is a simple cure for it but I can't remember what it is.

It is the reverse switch. It is failing...replace the switch or ground the wire going to it.

I have the same problem with my 2007 also, did you figure out what it was?
