Have 07 phazer and noticed an oil leak under it while sitting stored in the garage. Havent looked at it yet in detail. Any common places to look?

Did you recently change the oil or have it apart? Is it engine oil or chain case oil?

Actually I am not sure. New to four strokes. Have only had it a little while (couple hundred miles on it last year) but not enough to know my way around it.
Havent done anything to it. Was planning on looking at this weekend. Just looking for a heads up.

Could it have been tipped on its side? Fallen over or anything like that?
First thing I would do is look at the level in chain case/oil tank. Then I would check the air box. If the oil was over filled it could spew out into the air box through the breather tube. This would also happen if the sled had fallen over on its side or was rolled. It can take a while before it reached the ground if enough came out.
If nothing here applies I think it would be time to dig deeper.

I'm going to guess chain case. Mine did it too. My dealer had some tool or something from Yamaha to 'line things up' when bolting it back together, or it would leak again because it has to be perfect. Mine would be more noticable if i started it up, and ran the track a little during storage. I guess that would get the oil to move around and slung all over?

Especially if you have reverse. The chaincase would be my first guess also.

You'll just have to open it up and look. There's lots of places oil can come from.

2 things - last oil change it might have been overfilled.
second - oil filters are notorious for leaking if they sit for along time - check the filter first.
