Bought mine last New Years, got about 1500k miles on a stock sled and love it! I am a moderate to slightly aggressive trail rider. I ride smooth to extremely bumpy trails in N. Central, WI. and the UP ehh! Suspension rear is factory set on the rebound and compression dampening forces, with front limiter strap at second position from all the way in. Medium setting for the rear spring tension. The Fox Air Float shocks on the front end are set to 85psi. I have rode the sled and I am impressed so far with the adjustments and corner handling, but I'm sure there is a better setup for conditions and rider weight. This only comes from hours of rider experience and a bunch of fiddling. Anybody out there with some recommendations for dampening forces on the rear suspension, both shocks, and front FOX Float air pressures. I weigh in the with gear at about 225lbs.
Any advise here would be great, and a benchmark for others to experiment with!
Praying for SNOW!
