I peeled the two inners at 952 miles. When I first purchased the sled, the dealer left the track way loose, I snugged it up a bit (per book) and aligned it. After looking a tthe track alignment after the wheels died, I see that the alignment is off. THis appeared to allow the inner lugs to rub on the wheels. My wheels looked like cogs with evenly spaced chunks missing. Be sure to check your track alignment.

i have heard that the fourth wheel kit in the rear axle will help track run straighter, thus less wear on the wheels .
can anyone confirm ?

I think that kit is more to help prevent derailment. I have never run it, but my SRX did come with it...but that sled outhandles any of the nes stuff and I can see why they put it on it. It corners hard.
