08 ltx gt suspension questions

Hey guys. First time Apex owner. Can;t find much info on what I'm looking for.

I blew the 2 inner wheels in front of the axel wheels. Can i easily put 2 new ones on or does the suspension need to be dropped?

The 2 upper boggie wheels look like the bolt to the tunnel, I'm assuming loosen track and these will come off?

What about the four front wheels can they be replaced without dropping suspension?
