08 MTX electrical problems again!

Just last weekend my 08 MTX my fuel level warning indicator, warning light, and fuel meter starts flashing! Manual says to bring to Yamaha dealer, but thought maybe someone out here has had this problem and can give me some advise?

First thing I would do is make sure it is plugged in. I once had it come loose on m phazer, I must not have plugged it in all the way.

my mtx nytro did the same thing ,on the right side theres a green connector ,it more than likey lose or unplugged
