Only on my second ride on this new too me nytro fx. Sled is stock, I weigh 190 lbs, and settings are set fairly soft. Havent had problems on med or big bumps. This weekend going from Newberry to Paradise I hit a several mile section with small 6" chatter bumps. I was getting bucked all over. I tried all speeds, with no help. Ended up driving 30-40 mph on this seemingly smooth trail. I was so pissed I stopped and traded my wife sleds. {07 doo rev gsx} On her sled I could feel a little chatter but it was 70% smoother. Can this be helped by different clicker adjustments or do these gyrt shocks need a revalve to perform?? Thanks doug

i hate to tell you this but its the way the suspension is set up.you can dial some of it out but youll never get it as smooth as the doo. i sent my shocks to hygear, did the trail pro package and still cant get it real smooth over the 6 to 12 in. bumps. what i do is go faster and skim them rather than hitting every one at slower speeds. or just stand up and let your knees take the abuse rather than your back. revalving will help a lot though.

If you send them out tell them how you ride and they can get them dialed in . But with shocks you set them up for high speed or if you ride slower then you set them up for that cant have both very hard to do

Flip through the owner's manual on how to adjust your suspension...it has some good diagrams to help understand. If you don't have the manual, you can download it from the Yamaha website.
