08 Yamaha nytro idle issue

I recently bought an 08 nytro. Previous owner replaced exhaust donuts and gaskets last season. After doing so he had issues with it idling and hard starting. I put new spark plugs in and it starts easier but you have to use throttle to get it to start and stay running. I bypassed the tors and still no luck. I was able to get the diagnostic mode to give me a few codes. 03 intake air pressure 04 intake air pressure cylinder 1 05 intake air temperature and 06 coolant temperature. Looking for advice on where to go from here. I know on a vehicle a coolant temperature sensor could cause these issues. Not sure about the intake air codes. I hate to start throwing parts at it. Were they stored codes or active? I guess you cleared them?

They were active, I didn't clear them yet.

clear them see if it runs any better. If they come back you have some digging to do.

Did you look at any of the code info I posted?

Are you sure everything is plugged in all the way? Pull all the plastic and follow the harness up over the tank and pull it back and make sure its not rubbed thru setting off all those codes.

If all these codes are active, start looking at the finger connector blocks that are located throughout the harness.
