09 nytro xtx spark issues

Hey guys could use some help figuring out this issue
Sled had a short to ground issue and will only fire on 1 cylinder
After fixing short and testing coils, crank sensor, mag, ignition, continuity from coil leads to ecu, all the grounding points.
Battery is new n showing 12.8 volts
The mag has ohm reading of .4 on all three points n continuity is good
The voltage regulator test ok
I’m stumped as to why only one cylinder is firing

Well for those in future need it turns out my ecu was the victim
Of a short to ground and having a 30 amp fuse in place of a 20 amp.
I’m the second owner and never notice till now. Guys make sure you use the proper fuses or face the consequences like me.
The battery reads 12.75 volts and 13.8 while running.
 
I hear of people putting a bigger fuse in place of a blown fuse, never the right thing to do! Find the reason a fuse blows and fix it. Sorry you are the victim of the previous owners negligence.

My only luck was a 400 km trip n it ran flawless
Unload to carport it sat there 2 days then started it drove it in the shop n bang fried the ecu from illustration in photo. Get this though it ripped a strip of a newer etec the night before n had to toe it back 30 km to safety blown motor
