I think that since I have two sleds, Phazer trail and Nytro trail/off trail, I have choices and will try this Backcountry track. If I don't like it, I can, like suggested, cut down the lugs and stud it.

That sent a cold shiver up my spine. Don't cut it down you'll be able to find lots of guys that will trade you for a shorter lug track no problem. I have the stock ripsaw if you want to trade for that.
Was that sled raced? Between the track, snow flap, tether, number plate, tunnel braces and low miles I'm thinking race sled. (Although most of the races sleds I've bought had studded tracks)

Awesome! You got a better deal than you thought!
I agree with giving the backcountry a shot if you have another sled for strictly trail riding. I personally don't like riding without studs on the trails, I just like the added safety...well, and the traction lol
If you remove the coupler blocks out of the suspension completely, with that track...the sled will wheelie like crazy! Not good for trail riding, but really fun in the powder or in the ditches. Just a little tip.

I extended mine to 128". I think it's a perfect length for trail. If you venture off trail more offten than not, the 136" would be the way to go. Even though it's only two or three additional lugs on the snow I really think thak it has more to do with the overall balance. I don't want to throw a 136" track around in the tight twisty's, it's enough work with the sled as is. I also went with the 1" Hacksaw (Cat Version), great trail track, I've even ventured off trail a few times with no issues, but I don't have stock skis either (Curves). The Hack currently has about 4000 miles on it and frankly it looks brand new. My friend just changed his out on his F6 at 10,060 miles. It was tearing studs and just time to turn it in. Anyway nothing other than the rail extensions needed for the 128" which is why it's an easy choice for me, I used the kit from Ulmer and would recomend it to anyone. I was planning on changing the track anyway, I was going to get a great deal on whatever track I got so figured my not try something different. Glad I did.
I thought that was an S.E. as I didn't think any other 09's came with the blue A-arms. Great deal, looks very clean and ready to rip. Does it have reverse? That snowflap may need a strap to hold it up if you plan to use reverse, I like it though, I'm sure anyone behind you would also apreaciate it.

Yes, it has reverse. I am going to try it the way it is and then go to what you suggested as a setup if I change. Thanks for your input.
