hey group i just tried to removed my chain case cover on my new venture because of gear change and i'm not able to pull this cover out.every bolts are remove centre collar but this thing are stock in place this is my first reverse equiped sled. worthless to say that it was easier on a non-reverse chain case.i tried to pry it out gently but it's stock in place. do i miss something??? :o|

i don't know if it's like a phazer but i had mine off. moved battery & electrical out of the way, had to take off the brake caliper & rotor, carefull there is a snap-ring, then probably 8-12 bolts around the perimeter of the cover. don't damage the seal behind the cover, you can reuse it. should slide off the jackshaft fairly easy if pulling out straight.
if your sure you have all the bolts out, take a rubber mallet & lightly tap the cover to possible break it loose.
sorry if this is useless because yours is probably different.

Did you get the bolt in the center of the cover? Attached is an exploded view drawing.

The center bolt screws into Item # 15 on the attached. Watch out for the Spacer (Item # 68) on the same shaft. It goes between the Gear and the Cover.
