I put the 1.75 back country on my 2009 xtx and put 1700 miles on it this winter. Also went with 8 tooth drivers so that made a little more clearance up front near the heat exchanger. absolutely love the track and rode 50/50 on and off trail under some marginal snow conditions. I also put on the new Yamaha dupont hi fax's and with no scratchers and they still look like new. 8 tooth drives do throw off the speedo by about 2-3 mph though.
the fastest it ever showed on the speedo before i changed tracks was 104. doubt that is accurate but i never tried top end with the 1.75 but was in the 90's many times with some flipper fun still left and the pull was great so i actually think i gained low end torque. I do know the hook up was night and day better and off trail was awesome. so if it lost 5 mph on top, that wouldn't bother me at all. i also cut out the tunnel protectors and that really cut down on the ice buildup. its a totally new sled with this track!
