I was getting them from Mountain Performance. I called to order some yesterday and they have been discoutinued. They have 1 and 2" but no more 1.5". I luckily filled my orders ,but its a bummer they dont make that height anymore. Its perfect...BBY

BlueBy,
Do you know if I can install the 2 incher on my 04' warrior without having to replace the throttle cable?

Thats really stretching it. The 05s have a little longer cables so the 2" work. Id stick with the 1" if you dont want to change cables...BBY

I didn't see the 1 inchers on your website. I'll contact Mount. Perf.
Thanks for the info!

PowerMadd also offers a 1", one of my local guys had one in stock and it did not require that I buy the longer cables.

You could buy a 2" riser and have it milled down to 1.5". If you dont know a machinist, your local machine shop should do it for really, really cheap.

I want the same thing. The one inch is just a hair too low and the 2" is just a hair too long. I have a one inch in now and I guess you could shim it with washers but that's certainly not the right way to do it on such a critical application.

I put a 2" on my 03 shorty. All I had to do was rotate the handle bars fwd. I also moved the throttle and brake assambley in 1".

I remember reading post that mentioned a Yamaha 1.5 inch riser. It's definately not in the access. catalog though, so maybe the person meant that it was an aftermarket riser for Yamaha. Dunno. Might just try the 1 incher anyway.

You can put a 2incher on but have to do alot of modifications..
Better idea... Do like i did... take a 2incher and cut half an inch off with a hack saw...
1.5 is perfect....

Take a belt sander to it. Fast and easy.

Here is my expierience, with the 1.5" riser block
I took the 2" and cut it on a metal band saw with the rip fence as a guide to 1.5"Then cleaned it up with a stand style orbital sander. It turned out beautiful.A word of warning though.Even with the 1.5" riser block i ran into problems when putting it in reverse. If the bars are turned to far the machine rpms kicked up real high due to the throttle cable being too short. The TORS kicked in on one occasion while doing a y turn.If you put the 1.5"block in I would suggest getting the 2005 throttle cable. It is 2" longer.
