Ecp filter kit dalton 57.5.gr. 52r46 blk/blue spring stock secondary spring
My question is do you think the rpm is to high fill like should use 60 grams to get down to 10300-10500
Thusday night same place with evac system and silver secondary 108m.p.h. only so I take it off evac and put the small k/n filter because
oil enter in my carbs I run with 96 studs mega bites

MERRY CHRISTMAS

I don't have any experience trying to dial in an RX1 yet, other than my intial setup, but the first thing I'd do is make sure your clutches are shifting out all the way. Take a magic marker and draw a line on the inside of both the primary and secondary sheaves. Then test again, and see how much of the marker has rubbed off. I suspect you may need more weight in your primary, since I also believe that 10-3 ish is target range for the clutching. Stock gearing yes?

sounds like your geeting close,Ive chaged gearing,put K&Ns ,plus run65 grams,160 jets ,127mph,same conditions

check your center to center and try the silver spring at 70 degrees. rpm should be 10300 to 10500.

dolton

ive run this set up for some time now and those whigts just will not shift out that stk secoundary spring you must use ether a sillver or green witch is what i use you speeds will increse and your rpms should come down to about 10500. note i ran 119.2 on radar with this set up and 137.5 mains ;)! thats over 135 on the speedo and the temps werw at + 20 c or about 68f

Snolover.....sounds like you are on the money with the RPM's since you have the ECP kit.

Do you have a shorty or a warrior?

Your MPH seems off if it a shorty.

Today I put the original set up ( company) take off the lower buttom in the flyweight gone try again tomorrow morning give you some feed back.
