I'm about to order a heavier swaybar from Pioneer but I don't know if I should get the 12mm or the 13mm. The only other update to the front end is Pilot skis with 6" shaper bars down the center and I run my floats at 55 psig.
The 13mm bar should provide a flatter ride in the corners but I'm considering the 12mm instead. I'm concerned about high siding when hitting a large rise on one ski or instability on very rough trails at high speeds with the 13mm bar.

Can you post a link or where you can get these sway bars? Thanks

I run the 12mm PP swaybar. I have no problem with it. A riding buddy of mine has the 13mm bar. Not a huge differance. Little bit flatter, but also there is a little bit heavier front end feel.
Either way you will not be disappointed over the stock bar. Both will give you a flatter cornering sled, than the stock bar did.

never tried the 12mm but do have the 13mm. Much flatter in the turns , wouldn't go back. Good thing and you can really set it up to your likings with air adjustments to your shocks

Has anyone seen an issue with high speed instability in the rough at high speeds with the 12 or 13mm bars?

I thought about buying a 13 mm sway bar but after dropping the floats pressure to 50 psi I found my nytro to stay very flat in the corners and in the end dropped the sway bar upgrade. What are you guys with the 12/13 mm sway bars running as floats pressure?

NO...
I am not a racer, but at the same time I don't get passed by many and I have no Problem with any instability. The machine is much better handeling with a larger bar, than the stock bar.
Pull the trigger, buy the larger bar. You won't regret it. Worth the money.

Hey Dox, I see you are running the 12mm bar. Any experience with the 13mm bar?

Sorry about the delay.
Buddy of mine runs the 13. I choose not to run the 12. Personal preferance. I set my floats at 65lbs and run it like I stole it. No problems.
Handles completely different from stock bar and low shock settings

Thanks for the info.
In your last post, you said "I choose not to run the 12". I assume that was a typo?

Yeah my fingers were not typing what I was wanting to say. Was a little late last night when I was responding. Sorry bout that.
One good thing is we are seeing the white gold outside and the forcast for the next week looks very promising......
