This may not be the right forum for this post, but I'm looking for feedback from those of you that have 12' enclosed tilt trailers. I looking at buying a Triton Elite 12R. I wondering if the 12's are easier to load when tilted,( longer trailer= less angle for loading), if so is the rear loading ramp not needed?. Pro's and Con's smooth sides vs the standard rippled aluminum side panels. Lastly is the 4'x4' front access worthwhile, meaning are they large enough to get thru, and do they seal as well as the standard front door access?
Thanks in advance....Bo

I have a 12 ft Triton with a fiberglass lid, the 12 is much easer to load than a 10 ft.I sometimes haul my friends two up sled, lots of room with a 12 ft.I was going to buy the triton top, but the price on this trailer was too good to pass up. The Triton top lift system was better, gives a little more side room for loading, plus easier to lift. As for the front door, my friend has an older Triton, and a bigger door would be better.

Hi

I have 12 triton elite with Al cover. It works great. Previous one was a 10 ft and you would likely find it on the small size with Attak or other long track sled. With the 12 ft, you have plenty of room at the front and back of the sled. My cover has the smaller door and a larger front door would be better. I have the standard sides and I have no issues with them. I pick white because it stays cooler in the summer time with my ATV parked in it. You can generally get a good deal on one at the bigger snowmobile shows.

I have a twelve with the TOP CAP fiberglass top. I have ramp on not tilt andf I really like it. I have never cared for the 'tilt' trailers my 2 cents.
Four place enclosed with ramp doors may be better but just can't justify - YET.
