121" RTX to 153" MTX SE ???

a good rule of thumb (if the drivers and rear wheels are the same diameter) is half the difference between the two overall track lengths. (153-121)/2

Getting a price on the MTX SE today, so we'll see how it goes. Another thing that was brought up when I spoke with my dealer about it is the clutching and gearing for sea level to 2000 feet. Does anyone know what is required to get this sled set up properly for lesser elevations ? I'll probably do most of riding at 1000 feet above, but I sometimes go further up to 1500 feet or so, and I plan on making a trip to NL this season as well. Appreciate the help guys ;)!
I picked up an 08 MTX last Feb and love it. I do a lot of trail riding and as much off trail and open country exploring as possible. Up in the hills it shines.

As for the gearing ,when I bought the sled the dealer installed the sea level kit before I picked it up for no charge.$ 450 seems steep to me. I guess here on the rock we can't even get above 2000 feet so they must do with all their MTX's
