Anyone ever change their track form a 121" to a 136"???? pros and cons

Yes and I like it. It seems to smooth out the studder bumps. Go to Tracks USA buy a kit and a track. Or buy the rail ext and cut down any track that you want to run Do a search there are pleanty of people running a 136 track. Good luck.

Some say you can get away with out extending the Tunnel. I disagree, i think it is a must.

Many people on here, including myself, made the tunnel extension with some alum.

I bought my rail extensions from Hartman Inc. Great guy to deal with. I did not extend my tunnel but did cut a couple of inches off the snow flap. Zero issues so far after a few hundres miles. I know Zook did a real nice job making his own tunnel extension, it looks very nice.

Will they still fit in a 10 foot enclosed trailer with or without a tunnel extension and the 136" track?

It should fit, My buddies warrior fits in his 10' trailer. I have not tried mine. They are about the same size. As Ne warrior sid I made my own tunnel ext. I do think it is a must, You don't want to run it over in when backing up, provided your sled has reverse.
