O.K. Trying to put my mechanically un-inclined skills to work. what is the trick to getting the arms to line up w/ the links on both sides. The directions talk about lining the index marks on the sway bar w/ the index marks on the arms...my arms have no indexing mark. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thx.

lift the of the sled off the ground and there is a line on both sides of your swaybar on the ends...line those lines up in parrallel with the line or break opening in the links...you should also have lines in your old bars and you can see how they line up with the opening on the links. Make sure when putting back together there equal amounts of play or tension on each side the lines should be in-line to the break on the links or VERY close.

The objective isn't so much that they need to be inline with the lines, its that the links themselves need to be exactly parallel. You can use other means of ensuring this - for example... install one link on one end, let it drop straight down, put a 2x4 against it and line up the other link against the 2x4. Or if you're really good at eyeballin' stuff straight, just stick them on so they're parallel.

Got it. Been out riding it and everything seems to be all right. Thx for the help Yama-crazy and Lazy!
