Need a track for a 2011 RTX 121-144 extension.

Anyone knows how the Camoplast #9143 15x144 Back Country compares to the #9167 16x146 Challanger Trail Lite? On trail durability, off trail perf etc.

Initially I was set for the #9875 2" 15x144 challanger but in the end decided against if due to the 30-40% trail riding I do. The 16" challenger trail should in theory provide a bit more forward drive off trail vs the 15" BC but is it as durable on trail?

I'm aware of the work needed to replace some rivets in the front of the tunnel and I remember someone wrote something about modifying the rear brackets on the XTX. I'm not sure though if the RTX will need similar work at the rear to fit a 16" track. Anyone knows?

Thanks

well my bud has a 137 ski doo back country it has the 1.75 challenger . i go places he cant with my 136x1.75 back country track. i have a few missin lugs but thats because i drove stupid when there wasnt a whole lot of snow

I run the 16 x 146 x 1.75 Challenger on a Viper with a XTX skid. I haven't had any problems with the track coming apart on trails. Even have ridden a bit of poor trail and hardpack. I really like the track off-trail. I feel the lugs bend over a little easier than the Back Country which helps push the snow down instead of dig it out. This is beneficial of course in soft snow.
