Sorry for the late post. The week after the TY Party weekend took me to York, PA for some testing for work (windows),nothing to exciting. So here is what you missed.

Friday 8/8/08 and the 1st day of the Summer TY Party, the panels came in from Jordan at Arctic FX Graphics. The vendor stickers did not come installed so me, Cory and Rich went at it adding the stickers to the side panel lowers. Thought it would be fun to toss on the panels and take a few pics to show everyone that came to the party how nice the sled was progressing.

Good News came on the week I was in York, Heath from Mountain Performance called and the Super Charger was on the way. Once I returned from York on 8/14/08 me and Grandpa (Bob) dove into the sled build by finishing the Excell exhaust. (Notching, painting and installing the rear heat shield, final fitting the rear exhaust covers, notching and mounting the plastic tunnel cover for the 136 extension.) Then we converted the seat light and shroud over to the excel version and mounted the seat in place.

We then looked at the final install for the AirWave by Fast Inc. Routed the power wires, and air lines, mounted the adjuster switch and pressure gauge into the access panel between the handle bars and the gauge pod. Powered up the compressor and had fun messing with the AirWave adjuster…. Really cool feature!!!

Sat morning 8/16/08 and still no Charger from UPS, we figured it was time to stud the track since nothing was here yet. Studs are Mack 1.450 with spacer and Extreme Max Backers from Rich Motorsports. 216 studs trail pattern up the middle should hold that Super Charger back…LOL

Fantastic TOM

How can you ever think of driving anything else. With all the goodies and work into this I think it would be a 10-15 yr ride for me.

Beautiful

Yamadoo

sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet

Tom what a great Idea and I cant wait to see it in person this year!!! It looks great from the pics, but sometimes pics do not do the real deal justice.. AWESOME!!!!!! That sucked I missed your party :o| :o| :o| . I will make it next year :drink:

How tall is the risor Tom?

Not sure on that riser... I will let Jason from Muffin Works answer that one ;)!

Thanks for the kind words.

We supplied a 6" riser for the sled. Our adapter block adds another 2.5" bringing it to a grand total of 8.5" of rise when measured from the top of the steering post.

Looks really nice Tom. So what's the scoop on this sled; Is it going to be raffled off, kept and ridden by you or a loaner sled for sledless chicks at TY rides?

Its a sled I will have with me on all the rides for others to try... I want to do a ride review on the Super Charger and Airwave... other then that its a sled I put a lot of great products into and very proud to have!!
