Well If it wasnt for you guys I would have had no clue how easy the install actually was.. I just wanted to show you all some pics, and say THANKS for all the great write ups...
This is my 03 viper with a 153 m8 skid and a 162 x 15x 2 1/4..

I did almost the same thing , we put M-6 141skid in are old sx600 & pulled it back to make a 144 track work , we have had it out WEst twice & it worked great , you are going to love that skid
