would like to put in a 16" camo extreme with the 2.5" lugs on my nytro mtx. what would i need to do in order to make it fit. Can i change the rails to a lower approach angle like the new 2010 mtx with the stock skid. I am tired of trenching . Any suggestiuons would be great . thanks

it will fit just need to do some grinding to the rivits in the tunnel and get some different drop brackets....the stock are boat anchors and too wide to clear the 16 incher
as far as the rails ...ice age rails can help you.

thinking maybe going with either timbersled or k-mod drop down brackets. Or possibly a k-mod skid. Thanks

i have k-mods brackets ( have timbersleds also but didnt feel like switching them when i put the timberskid under it) gives room for the 16 wide camo.

did the camo extreme help the trenching issue. float on the snow better. what about hill climbing

you cant compare the maverick to the camo extreme....maverick is a turd and the nytro should have came with the ce from the factory. the mav is too soft and never gives that launch when you hit the throttle. the longer, wider track will give you the float and nothing will climb like a camo extreme...except a attack 20 turned around backwards....then its a hoot downhills.
the stock mav lasted one ride!

thanks for the imput. was looking at the maverick yesterday and the lugs are folded over really bad. will probably go with a 156" ce track.
