17,000 miles, Replacing Rivets

At 17,000 miles I had to replace a few Rivets on my sled the other day. There where 3 loose rivets. And the aluminum plate, by the front heat exchanger was hanging down 1/2 or so. Not good. So I had to take the old rivets out, cut them/ drill them out. It is good as new, and ready for another 17,000 plus miles.

I take it, this is just an antifreeze run off hose? Like if it is to full?
