Thought I was almost done going over the sled after the last trip.....
Damn, the tail light was moving around. Rivets on the back of the tunnel extension and tail light rivets all loose.
Also the rivets that hold the snow flap are loose.
Started drilling them out and replacing them. These are the ones that also hold the heat ex-changer in place.

Will look closer tomorrow for any other non obvious repairs.....

While you're at it, check the rivets that hold the tunnel extension to the main tunnel.
 
Seems common. Anytime you see a gray streak coming out of a rivet, it's loose. Common thing on the sides of the tunnel near rear of the seat. I replace with structural (these are solid once they're installed) stainless steel rivets. The factory rivets are junk. They're hollow so they can get loose.
